On the 2nd day, I checked my stats and noticed that I already had 3 page loads traffic from one of the article directories I had just submitted the day before. Not too bad for just one day of work! Think you could make a little jack if you had that kind of traffic? Well how would you like that kind of traffic without ever paying a dime for it?
In other words, you could have thousands of links pointing to your site, but only those links relative to your keywords will count towards your site's link popularity. No links to inappropriate or offensive sites. Reviews must be about the product/service.

If each distribution will go on for 5 minutes, which is a generous calculation, then distributing a sole article to just 20 places will go on for around 2 hours. As I understand from the free ebook one should make a number of articles and submit each day one of them to the directories. Not all at once. Making it much easier for you to submit your newly articles to 1000's of directories instantly.
